Might be a first try, since everyone was politicizing it (some president even thought of imposing a worldwide price for it) Putin did it before anyone else. I don't trust any of these 2020 vaccines tbh. The most important now is some places might adhere to this initiative (sharing results) and get together to find a definitive vaccine before what Mr. Tedros from the WHO said it would be the usual deadline for a safe one (2021 by June, if I'm not mistaken). Trying to compete like most research labs are doing, while stupid presidents offer their populations as guinea pigs to tests when they're actually trying to normalize the pandemics should be considered anti-scientific to say the least.
