It means that if by any chance the giveaway you created was for a key of Sanctum which you got from the recent indieroyal bundle the rules state that you can NOT raffle these. You can only gift the original UNUSED url to the entire bundle and not just one or 2 keys.

That's kind of the point. If you're gifting any of the indie royale bundle on this site, you gift it all, or you don't gift it.

"When you submit an IndieRoyale Bundle, it is only acceptable to have an unactivated gift URL to provide to the winner. Members giving away Steam keys and the like will be warned, have their giveaways removed, and if they continue, may result in a suspension."
Did you get any warning? My giveaway was also removed so I came to the forums and found your thread. I didn't receive any warning and I would be unaware of whats going on if I didnt come up here ;p The linked thread isn't even sticky nor on the first page, or I am blind.

It was also a Steam announcement at least a couple times and it's almost identical to our Humble Bundle policy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but due to the overwhelming number of individual keys being submitted from the IndieRoyale bundles, it's almost impossible to warn all the creators of those giveaways before they end.

We don't want to get in the habit of stickying a thread for every new policy, so we simply update the Site Rules and FAQ page and throw out an announcement. A thread was also created about the new policy, but stickied for only 24 hours.

You all might consider having a permanent/semi-permanent for the duration (yet toggle-able) floating announcement on the front page whenever stuff like that goes into effect. It still won't stop people from being completely ignorant of the rule(s) but it would hopefully cut down the amount.
