Yeah, the g2a shield thing is bullshit. All it does is give you priority. You're fully entitled to a refund if you don't use it - thus I don't anymore.

I have had a bad experience, i purchased a key and turned out it was invalid. I contacted seller but looks like he is not native english speaker so i emailed g2a , couldnt live chat for support about the transaction cause i didnt use shield that time. Although after days i got a replacement but i learned my lesson. Then i met humble bundle and it was love at first sight! 💕

g2a shield is a joke. If you use PayPal and the key doesn't work you can open a ticket on PayPal and get your money back.

i just attached a screenshot of the steam message of the revoke in the resolution centre to contact the seller, after the timer ends (8 days) the support is joining the ticket

Shield or not, you have the right to get a refund in that case.
That's why you should use paypal.
