So I'm thinking of grabbing the Crysis 3 on Amazon for $5 (since I really really liked the first one and quite liked the second). Anyway, I have two questions. For $5 you get the standard version. If I understood correctly deluxe version and DLC only add to MP, since I will play only SP I'm not missing anything right? Another thing, what is the difference between the download and instant access version? I guess in both ways you get Origin code for exactly the same product right? Thanks everyone, here is something for you FPS fans: clicky!

Instant Access forces you to link your Origin account to your Amazon account and it adds it that way. Online Game Code gives you a key to enter into the respective system (Origin in this case) so you can give it to a friend or trade it. Download is usually neither and you just download the game from Amazon, it doesn't give you a key (i'd avoid this method).

Thanks for clearing it up, I will definitely avoid the instant access method and go with online game code.

Don't be surprised if amazon wants you to download the game from amazon. It happened to me with Mass Effect 3 and i didn't know where can i find my key. I was a bit scared that they won't give my a key and i have to download it from them every time i want to play with it but eventually i found my redeemable key in my amazon game library.

Download means Amazon will give you a key that you can enter in Origin and you get the game. But you can trade that key or send to your friends as well. It is more like you can keep it or giftable. However, instant access make you link your Amazon account to your Origin account. It works more like recent humble bundles. You don't have to get the key. It is more efficient if you want to buy it for yourself. Also, buying Crysis games is more like only buying SP since Crysis games MP died very quickly and I don't think MP in Crysis 3 is still alive. Back to March 2013, Crysis 3 had some people playing MP, but I just got killed many times by hackers. Hacking was probably a big problem of this game.

I quite liked the Crysis 2 MP (I played only beta) but see no reason to play Crysis MP when you can play better MP games and I don't have enough time for MP anyway...oh well, I'll take a risk and buy it, I started using Origin recently and it's not that bad so I won't wait for it to come on Steam in maybe 100 years :)

I have to say the graphics and sound effect of Crysis 3 are mind blowing especially if your pc can handle the graphics. To be honest, Crysis 3 is worth at least 15 bucks. So 5 bucks is a deal.And...Origin...it is truly not that bad, just because some people stick with steam for a long time and don't want more than 1 gaming account. So they hate Origin. But overall, it is a good platform. Uplay is a totally an unfinished crap...

I won't be able to play it at the "super ultra" graphics but I'll be able to get a good enough experience out of it. Anyway, I played through Crysis 1 with 22FPS so I guess I'll survive this one as well :)
And I agree about Uplay...such utter crap, I played some games through it last year and it's just as unreliable as GFWL. Origin on the other hand is quite good actually, I especially like that there are no "first time setups" that run every time but I understand why people don't like it, I first used it for Battlefield 3 and boy was it a pain...
