Humping this??

They changed their payment system. I've failed payment twice because I don't want to make a G2A account. It's like they don't want my money.

Use paypal then. You may not even need to create account to use credit card. + less fees.
I am surprised they have decided to use G2A payment system...

Furthermore, aware that G2A is a marketplace, we intend to co-develop a tracking API for our keys to avoid the resale of keys sold from IndieGala on G2A's marketplace. We asked for the community's input on this subject last year. Of course, this API would be adopted by G2A only after the trial period and if we decide to adopt G2A Pay as a permanent solution.
Looks like G2A is trying to force them to in order to blacklist keys from IGs. Similar offers they have given devs to blacklist stolen keys. (ie. we only take blacklists from you, if you use your payment system). Altough IG seems to prevent resale of legit keys too, so they can't revoke those like devs can for stolen keys.

Thanks for your input. :-)
Apparently IndieGala argues they have competitive fees... I am not that sure it is true from user side...
They could have tested G2A Pay as a payment processor without deleting their previous one though, it looks more as a permanent change, with a "testing period"...
And those not using paypal/bitcoins in the past aren't offered a great new option now...

I am pretty sure that these hidden fees are illegal in the EU. You must know the cost before you buy, which is not the case with G2A Pay. On the other hand, IG themselves add VAT for EU buyers which varies. So the whole "knowing how much you pay" thing is a joke, really you don't.

Apparently IndieGala has a real problem with devs they work with revoking keys afterwards. I'm currently in the process of activing a bunch of old IndieGala Bundles from GroupsBuys and just yesterday had to contact a dev who had to revoke all unused keys for his games due to a large scale key theft. Luckily that dev reacted admirably and promptly provided a replacement key within less than 12 hours.
So today I activate the next Bundle only to find my key for Ziggy's Chase has been revoked. Luckily I already have my forum post from yesterday so I just have to exchange Bundle and game name but it's still bothersome.
So in conclusion I recommend everybody to activate your keys from IndieGala as soon as possible to avoid situations like this.

Spirits of Xanadu from IndieGala Monday Motivation #15.
Apparently IndieGameStand still had thousands of unsold keys on concession (not sure if this is the right word: not yet paid until they are sold) when the site was sold off to a Chinese entrepreneur and those keys kept popping up on grey market sites without the developer getting his cut.

Thanks a lot!
Like I wrote on my comment below, I'm wondering if the developer also revoked the unused keys from Groupees' Holiday Helpings 2 bundle...
IndieGala got in touch with us and confirmed no keys were stolen, but they have no way of knowing if people are mass buying keys and reselling them. In either case, we both put this issue to rest and settled it amonst ourselves. It's not anyone's fault but the fault of a bunch of people who thought they could make a quick buck by selling games they got for pennies.
I understand why IGS keys were affected (the IGS scandal was somewhat big and notorious) but without any proof that keys were stolen from Indie Gala, the developer should not touch those. If you don't want people to "mass buy" bundles and resell your game, don't put your game on a bundle in the first place.
At least it seems that you can ask for replacement keys, according to the announcement you linked to in your comment.

Yeah, I saw that update yesterday and wasn't too happy about it neither. Because while IndieGala most likely says in their TOS those keys are for personal use only that part is void in the EU and probably some other parts of the world.
The interesting thing is I was completely upfront about it that I bought the Bundle from a GroupBuy in both my email and the forum thread and he still provided me with a replacement key so apparently he distinguishes between GroupBuys and grey market.
But considering he made things right for me and was very apologetic I'm not gonna make a huge deal out of it. I still have quite a few other IG GroupBuy Bundles to activate and most likely more devs to contact about revoked keys :\

Ouch, I just looked at some old bundle keys I had and actually pretty much all the games from the same dev has the same problem.
Friday Special #36 A-Gents, IG Mystic Xscape interLOGIC, Monday Motivation #20 Mad Dojo are the ones I can add to Ziggy's Chase..
Before people will start talking about "why didn't you activate them in a few days bla bla crap", I'll say the same thing, either I forgot to do so or I wasn't interested in the game back then so somehow it just stayed there and got forgotten in time.
Also considering some of the games get bundled like more than 10 times, unless you giveaway every single copy you get from the bundles, a lot of people might have the same problems....

Regarding A-Gents, Steam keys from GameBundle's Labor Day Game Bundle still seem to work, I'm curious about the Steam keys from Groupees Be Mine 25.
Before people will start talking about "why didn't you activate them in a few days bla bla crap"
There's no excuse for a developer to revoke Steam keys that have been purchased legally. It's even worse when there's no warning/announcement/deadline to let people know that you're going to revoke keys for your game (and the reason why you're doing so).

Yeah, exactly there is no excuse, but for some reason a lot of people seem to be supporting this kind of behavior and justifying it saying if you haven't redeemed xxx in a month or two then it is totally your fault...
I am sure this actually affects a lot of people, considering most games are bundled more than once. You redeem a key and not even reveal the keys for the same game in the other bundles, thinking it should still be good. When you finally try it, you see it is randomly revoked without any reason. I bet a lot of people have those unrevealed, revoked keys without knowing it...
Btw, Escape From Nazi Labs keys are also revoked from IndieGala Mystic Xscape.
Also, yeah it'd be weird if devs revoked only IndieGala keys and didn't touch the others. Unfortunately I can't help with the Be Mine 25 keys, I redeemed that key 2 years ago :D

I agree. For me the reason why I often don't activate them instantly is mostly about time. It takes 3 seconds to post in a GroupBuy thread and order a Bundle but even with the help of ASF it takes me roughly 15 minutes to open the old giftlink (without password), wait for the new giftlink with password, delete the old link, check if I already own any games, activate them and put them into categories and then delete the new gift link.
And I have quite a few more IG Bundles to activate to the point where I'm starting to regret most of my GroupBuy purchases facepalm

And the games you already own aren't even included in that process... They will stay untouched till you:
1- Make a giveaway
2- Trade them
3- Activate on alt accounts
Most likely you will never know when those keys are revoked... But technically you own them, you paid for them so you have all the right to ask for a new key if a dev revokes those keys for whatever reason...

Exactly! But I hope when I'm done with my IndieGala backlog I will have learned my lesson and will cut down my GroupBuys to a bare minimum so I can spend more time playing games instead of organizing them :D
