what is the connection with bater & steam trades / gifts

i received these negative comments recently

but people dont act your guidelines says

well for these offers on barter we couldn't trade & but there is nothing that they lose so far but why they need doing negative comments ?
if i scammed them i deserved these negative comments but i have never scam anyone yet i get bad comments please do something
