This is what they say :
https://www.oo-software.com/en/press_releases/oo-defrag-22-ssds-langer-nutzen-dank-neuartiger-solid-methode

"O&O Software has developed the new SOLID defragmentation method. Under the SOLID method, scattered files are defragmented so that fewer memory cells will need to be read in the future. The result is an SSD that works faster with the number of read/write accesses reduced by defragmentation"

This program lacks features that even free versions have. First off you can't update the program to the latest version or else it will no longer be registered. But it constantly checks for updates when you start the program and pops up windows notifications. There's no way to disable automatic update checks which is really annoying.

You can't include/exclude files to defrag based on fragment size or file size which free programs like Defraggler or Disk Speedup 5 have.

The tray icon is completely separate from the main program for some reason. Closing the tray icon doesn't close the program.

Can't disable the O&O agent from starting during boot.

Having auto-defrag feature automatically enabled by default is obnoxious and will annoy and confuse people.

I don't see a reason to use this when there are better free defraggers.

the built in windows defrag tool is everything you need when it comes to defragmentation.
3rd party tools like O&O are only using the windows built in solution, just with a nicer GUI.
defragging a SSD is also another thing that you shouldnt do!
