question about steam market

there r few items i want from market and put bye request
when i get some of them it show me price that much lower then i want to bye and market history dont have such low price, even close

how its possible?

When someone put item on market with low price and your bid higher in buyout line, you takes this item with price settled by owner.

ok. i just got 1 item from market with extremely low price 0.15 RUB = 0.002604 USD
but there r lots of bue offer with higher prices
i dont remember what was my offer to bue, but i m shure it wasnt so low

i m shure its not a bug, looks like market have own wierd rules
