Darksiders 2 deathinitive edition FREE FOR DARKSIDERS 2 + SEASON PASS OWNERS.

what is the difference between Darksiders II + Season Pass with DarkSiders II Deathinitive Edition? Couldn't find this answer so far. :(

So they made it to work. About time. I was one of those who bought the franchise pack so not my problem :)

According to at least one user on Reddit, you don't necessarily need to own the season pass, just the base game and a certain amount of DLC for the game.

Good to see they got this automated, I had to send in an email with screenshots to prove I owned it. I'm waiting for them to patch it before I start playing, it's not very stable and getting too many crits or dealing too much damage at once just crashes peoples games.

Does it replace the vanilla Darksiders II?

I don't want my vanilla version replaced/removed.

Cool, so they actually made it work. Had Darksiders franchise pack from Amazon, but didn't get DE since only Steam purchases were eligible.

Thankfully they were able to come up with a way to validate that people actually have it. There was no way I was going to pay money for slightly better graphics. I already had everything... still have yet to play, damn backlog...

It's nice to see they offer this for free now. It's unfortunate so many of us bought the upgrade prior to the decision to give for free. Well, I guess that's the way it goes. :)

Valve is auto denying refunds to anyone who purchased the update after launch anyway, as it's over 2 weeks ago.

Also just so you all know you guys can add Darksiders 2 season pass to your account, and then log in, and you will get the game. (Literally just added Darksiders 2 season pass to my account. lol)

Weird.. i am pretty sure last week. or was it 2 weeks ago.. Darksider Definitive just appeared in my library because i already have 1 an 2 bundle.... i guess that site is for people that brought 1 2 and season pass after the definitive edtion came out..

Are the keyboard and mouse controls any better in this, compared to the original version of Darksiders 2?
