Hearthstone isnt pay to win. What makes me sad though is that I began playing it long time ago and I still didnt get any legendary and I still suck :(

Sadly at this point it is, if you want to actually be competitive in constructed anyway and don't want to grind your brains out. It's still ok for Arena tho.
Also lol how the hell have you not gotten any legendaries yet? I pulled like 4 from packs so far and i don't even play that much.

Sadly, yes it is kinda p2w at this point. Also, yes I am the unluckiest person ever in opening packs and I opened alot of packs. Not a single legendary.

Also, now: Clicker Heroes & any other idle-game that has a cash shop.
Since most of the time you're already doing nothing, and now you can pay to pretend you're doing nothing faster - can't get a more extreme version of "Pay to not play" than that.

Team Fortress 2 aka Hat Simulator 2000 .... Don't believe its p2w? bs... all those OP hats come from crates you have to pay to open, and when your in game and you see that really cool hat on someone, you pause for a second to get a look at it only to get shot in the face or stabbed in the back.... thus you have an advantage with your cool hats over people who don't have them.
