Grey market basicly just means that it's an unregulated market. It does not mean that it's illegal (as in forbidden by the law).
So the fact that you are buying from a private person not from a store is what makes it a grey market.

Sorry, but that is not an opinion, it's a fact. Kinguin is not an authorized reseller, nuuvem is. When you buy from kinguin you buy from other people, nuuvem is a store. I'm not saying that most of the time you'll have any issues buying from kinguin and similar sites, from what I heard from other people, however issues do happen.

Thank you from opening my eyes on this. But still I will and will always do get keys from them. I have some customers wish always give me money to get them keys from there and I will keep this up. Never had a problem except once wish got solved under 2 hours from their live customer support team. So unless I get a huge problem wish can't be solved I am not willing to give up getting games from them. Neither me nor my customers had any problem

well you can check their deals, once you click on a deal they show you a list of price for a game like 19$ 20$ 22$ etc... for mortal kombat X and u pick the one u want so yeah they basically they admit that the key does not come from them. But I always pick the deal with the most positive review

I doubt the prices will stay low for very long though. Most of the keys there came from the russian steam store, and then on sale. But that isn't possible anymore.
Nuuvem actually does have great deals. Like the lego bundle for example is pretty damn cheap. Kinguin won't beat it.

As far as i am aware off, the Nuuvem site is not reconised as Safe seller by steam themselfs as greenmangaming and gamersgate has.

Nuuvem is authorized reseller. At least for publishers represented by Ztorm/Exertis. Edit: and also publishers represented by Nexway.
Steam/Valve doesn't really care about where publishers sell their games, as long as publishers follow rules regarding it. Even G2A is fine.

G2A is another of those sites that are trusted but shoudnt be supported because they use funky ways to obtain their shit, including selling other software not revealing all about the software they sell.
I had it happen before when they once sold windows 8.1 keys wich apperently where studentkeys that only work for one time and the page after salement was removed including all info about it.

Steam has no say in how a publisher sells there game or with who,and they have no rules to follow they can be region free or restricted that is up the the publisher not steam same with the big sales publishers set the prices not Steam.I suppose steam could make demands but that would be foolish as the publisher might stop offering them keys..
When Steam sells it they have the right to restrict to regions and they can set there own price,just steam will not sell for lower like GMG because they are about getting the most profits and selling for less they lose some of it. and that is there choice they have the right.
Nuveem is authorized seller for a lot of publishers and can be trusted i have never had an issue buying from them just not as easy since most stuff is locked.

I dunno where you get your info but Nuuvem is an Official Reseller.. they're not supplying keys that were bought anywhere else than from Publishers (unlike G2a and such). Valve isn't the one deciding who's Official or not outside of their store.. Publishers deal directly with sites is the definition of Offical, that they be Regional or Worldwide doesn't affect that.
