yeah, they added a strange security measure last week... they block your market privileges everytime you sign-in from a different browser... or something like that... yeah, it's retarded. i think you can fix it, if you don't delete your steam community's cookies

Well thats the problem.
I only use one browser for daily browsing and that one is the only one I use for Steam. I am always logged in there.
And I didn't delete any cookies nor signed in from a different browser...
That stupid measure also means you cannot buy anything using CC or Wallet for 2 weeks.
This wouldn't be much of a problem, it's just that I wanna get Anomaly 2 and the deal expires in 4 days.

Hi guys,
I just encountered this stupid problem with Steam.
I was trying to put some cards on sale but it said it's no possible because I do not have access to the market or because the market is not available at the moment.
Now, I am aware of the new 'security measure' Valve decided to implement however, I was able to do so 2 days ago and I didn't change the PC, didn't sign out or logged in from a different computer via browser.
I did however restarted Steam since the new games I got didn't show up in the library.
More over, after 3 tryouts, the Sell button became gray and I was unable to click it anymore.
I was however able to put them up for sale from within a browser where I am always logged in.
What's the catch?
