Can you recommend some good tv shows?
I have 2 conditions:

  • The tv show must have ended already
  • You said something like "Holy shit that was so good" after watching it (β€’β€Ώβ€’)

Here are some of the titles I watched recently and really loved (unordered list):
Misfits, Almost Human, Falling Skies, Community, Da Vinci's Demons, Freaks and geeks, Jericho, Parks and Recreation, The Office, The IT Crowd, Arrested Development, Fringe, Avatar The Last Airbender

And here are some presents for your help:

//EDIT:
Oh wow did not expect so many posts! Thanks to every singe one of you. I will read through it and create my future "towatch" list. Thanks again =).

I would recommend the first season of Heroes, Sherlock, Young Justice, The Flash, Westworld, Game Of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Dexter, Big Bang Theory, Vikings. I can name some more and I know you mentioned shows that ended (I only named a couple that actually ended, the rest are currently on, being renewed/revived), but these are really good shows!!

Lets see...Stranger things season 1 was absolutely amazing. Man in the High Castle was great if you enjoy alternative history stuff. If you like anime I'd say trigun & cowboy bebop are top notch. Firefly for your scifi needs. Oh, and the Librarians if you love cheesy adventure shows!

Yes it will.
But if you only watch season 1, you can left and it has it's own ending.

The Wire: It's the Game of Thrones of crime drama series. It's about the war on drugs in Baltimore, you see it from different perspectives, every side has it's "hero". After watching this you'll see the actors in other series and be jumping on your chair "Whoa! It's name here from The Wire, that show was awesome!!!"

Carnivale: That's some freaky stuff. You follow a guy that gets picked up by a traveling carnival show, all is not what it seems, some carnival "tricks" are less weird than reality.

There's really good suggestions here, I want to bump up a few less recommended but still good shows...

Person of Interest (bare with the first season being more procedural episodic, it blossoms into a big ongoing thing like Fringe)
and
Psych

My favourite TV-shows that have ended:
Twin Peaks
Oz

Twin Peaks, however, will be getting more episodes in 2017, but the original run ended 25 years ago.

Friends. <3

What a ride Friends is - it leaves you with such an empty feeling when you're finally done all 10 seasons. </3

Which gender are you looking at, in the first place? It looks like commedy so the first comment basically nailed it with Scrubs. I'd go also with Parks and Recreation -those two plus Community are my commedy go-to-. Also Seinfeld, but this one is older.

Ended:
X Files (might be continued)
Breaking Bad
Futurama
Californication
Continuum
Band of Brothers
Firefly
How I Met Your Mother
Haven
Smallville
Mutant X
Primeval
Heroes (as already stated by djnemonic: only first season recommended)
Under the Dome (though I prefer the book)
Torchwood (Doctor Who spin-off)
Prison Break
Real Humans (Swedish original of the current UK series "Humans")
Lexx / Lexx: The Dark Zone (old, partially trashy, but great characters and humour)
Defiance (wasn't "holy shit", but Falling Skies was neither and you mentioned it)
Marvel's Agent Carter
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (yes, there's a short 80ies BBC series)
The Aliens

With a given end (next week the 2nd and last season will be released):
The Man in the High Castle
