Loot boxes are a different kind of lottery. Just because some give you 'trash' value as base, they don't count as that... I would sign, but I'm not a UK citizen.

UK or British citizens can sign a petition to make the UK government have an opinion on loot boxes and gambling techniques the loot box system uses in video games. 10 000 signatures for a governmental response and 100 000 signatures to be considered in a formal debate.
