Couldn't answer for sure but for you can buy them as a bundle on steam I'm going to guess it's one key but for you can play all the levels from the 1st game on the 2nd one there's hardly any need to even buy the 1st one.

I'm not sure. But if you like Valve games, it's the best chance to get the Valve Complete Pack for only 25$.

if that's the case I would probably wait & watch the winter sales because no doubt it will go 75% off making the 2nd one £3.75 or the bundle pack £5.80
