It should not be a problem since WB is a big publisher, but already getting burned on Whitethorn Showcase bundle and constantly seeing out of stock messages on some earlier ones I now reveal all my keys as soon as I buy anything.

Yup, once you reveal the key, it's yours to keep.
But it's always better to copy them to some local spreadsheet because in some cases (rarely) they can decide to remove the keys from your purchase page, or even replace worldwide ones with regional copies.

The fact that they wait for keys to be revealed to assign them rather than assign keys to purchases has always been the core issue. Now they don't even receive an equal amount of keys for each game in their bundles on top of that.

T2 is amazing. I'll still have to buy the Season Pass for Arkham Origins outside of this bundle which is a bit sad but the sheer value and potentially 100+ of hours of gameplay is spectacular. $1 for 1 game.

Region lock warning - When revealing the key, press the gift button, it will show you a warning with the region lock. (Not always accurate, which is where subid's come in)
Subid - SteamDB extension when activating a key is the simplest, but there's plenty of methods.

It seems that you're looking at the store subs and not at what you actually get from this bundle, which are very different subs. For example, Batman: Arkham Knight Premium is delivered as a single key and not as two separate keys as you list them in your post.
How did you get to these set of subs?

As I said, I don't understand how people get sub IDs. I thought it was by entering the store and getting the sub ID from there.

If you have the SteamDB extension, then:
- redeeming a key with https://store.steampowered.com/account/registerkey should show you the SubID
- when checking the packages page of an app (https://steamdb.info/app/307780/subs/) the packages you own will be highlighted in green. If you didn't own the game prior to redeeming the key from this bundle, then that package will be marked as green - that's the sub we need. If you already own the game and you successfully redeem the key from this bundle on top of it, then if you see multiple packages owned you'll need to identify which one is the one activated though this bundle. Keep in mind that no all packages are indexed on SteamDB, so it can also happen that you redeem a key but you don't see a green package when checking the subs on SteamDB.
- on https://store.steampowered.com/account/licenses/ you will have a link to the SteamDB page of the package - sort of (rather a search).
Another method to see the subs is installing ASF; it will show you the exact sub when you redeem a key, like this:

What you see by checking the store page is only the information that you own the game, but it doesn't show you which package you own.
Most of the times, Humble Bundle packages are not only regional (can be redeemed only in certain countries), but also differ from the store subs in terms of id and sometimes in terms of content too. Due to this, it's important to have a correct list of subs and not a speculative one based on store pages.

There are basically no keys that can be redeemed worldwide (at least not bundle keys). You can redeem a gift link only from someone who bought it from Middle East or Africa, namely from one of these countries, otherwise it won't work.

Unfortunately the key you received cannot be redeemed on a Korean Steam account and I don't think there are any keys for MK11 that can be redeemed there.
You shouldn't have received the game in the first place (because you are unable to activate it), so you might want to contact Humble Bundle support and ask for a compensation or for a key that can be redeemed in your region (if this exists). If they agree to provide some compensation, then they might also revoke the key you have right now.
Is your Humble store region set to Korea? You can check this by going to https://www.humblebundle.com/user/settings -> Location
