Home freezing

I just bought Home and each time I enter the game, after ~90% loaded, my whole computer freezes. I have to reboot the PC because of it. Could anyone help me?

And on a serious note, try puting the PC in the oven to thaw it.

Have you tried opening it with different options? (such as command line options, windowed mode helps sometimes)
