confused about bundles

Hello, here is my concern:

with humble bundle, people who give away HIB 6 will earn 6 points right?

But some people are giving away single keys of dustforce, that rants 10 points.

Other people select Gratuitous space battles as giveaway title and earn 15 points giving away the hib 6 bonus.Apparently Raiden said they dont delete such giveaways.

So is this fair for people who just give HIB?How to udnerstand the situation?I am confused.

I believe giving away the games that belong to a current or past bundle will only grant points to the community and it will not count for your Value, at least with the giveaway titles that are marked with a * in their name.
