First game you ever bought on steam?

June 8, 2006 Half Life 2 Game of The Year Edition.

When i bought the game i had no internet access (I bought it at gamestop) it took me months to be able to play the game. lol. That was my first registered game, but my first steam purchase was barely this past NOV. Bought Fallout New Vegas, Empire Total war GOTY & GTA IV EFLC. Shame on me for ignoring the steam sales for so many yrs.

Without checking Steam, it was the Orange Box on Dec. 24 2007 for about $20-30. I remember 'cause I didn't buy anything else until waaay later.
EDIT: Just checked. It was $37.45. Great deal still. From the looks of it, I didn't seem to take advantage of any deals for a whole two years after that. Not until X-Com complete pack in Jan.29, 2010.

Portal Retail, but it doesn't tell me when.

I bought the Orange Box around release date, and the Half-Life 2 Game of the Year Edition before that; member since: July 14, 2006.

The first purchases listed are gift purchases from 1 January 2008 (which I might have been paid back for). I bought Peggle Deluxe for myself on 6 January 2008. My second purchase, and the biggest to date ($53.99), was on 18 May, for Sam and Max Season One + Two Pack.

Member since 13 June 2007. Looks from the transactions like that was for Half Life 2 Lost Coast.

Valve Complete 2009, back in the good old days when TF2 was not free to play.

Looking through that list, it seems i have recieved 3 copies of portal directly into my library :3
