As they always say, the first, in every movie series, is the best! Same as SAW, Scream, I Know What You Did Last Summer, etc. In LOTR though, all 3 were awesome - I can't pick a favorite there, since they're all magnificent!

Ehm, Final Destination movies contain blood too. So what? :P If you like gore and blood, watch Braindead (also called as Dead Alive - 1992 movie). Most people call it as the goriest "splatter film" in history.

They were so awesome. ;_; I love them and I want to make kids with them. My second favorite movie is V for Vendetta, but the 3 LOTR movies belong, by far, in the first place for me.

Nooo, for me, they were so awesome. :') They were the RIGHT amount of movies.
Don't even compare LOTR with shitty Twilight. -_- It sounds offensive.
Hunger Games wasn't bad, but it was a mediocre copy of Battle Royale, which was much better.
Yeah, of course they wanna milk franchises. I thought that the Hobbit movies would be good prequels of LOTR, but I was so wrong. xD

i wasn't meaning a story comparison by anymeans.. just the comparison that they extended them further then they should of imo. i think it was the 3rd one in hunger games that was practically a full movie, that could of filled 5mins of the following movie to still completely make sense.
tbh, i think i'm the opposite. i kinda liked the hobbit prequels more then lotr.. a bit more action then walking thruout most of it.
edit: at least all 3x of the lotr's were significant to the story though, unlike my hunger games movie 3 comparison that was practically a pointless movie.

What? o.O The Hobbit movies look like American parodies. The storylines, the battles, and the humor, are extremely inferior compared to LOTR.

Oh, that thing between scenes, well, it's called "plot". :P There are many movies with zero plot that you could check out. Full action, nothing else. xD

T2 is everyone's example, it was almost a joke in the late 90's when you were talking about sequels. But DH3 is more like your opinion, most people think DH1 is the best, sure DH3 is great and far better than DH2 which is just a remake of the first movie, but DH was so powerful that it has created a genre, some movies like Under Siege, Cliffhanger or Sudden Death (with Van Damme) wouldn't exist without Die Hard.
DH>DH3>DH2>I don't wanna talk about these movies.

I don't really remember any of them that well, but I would have to say the one with the race track scene and the mall scene/movie theater (the mall scene kinda got me afraid of escalators, won't use em' not without checking my shoe laces before hand).
I atleast assume those are from the same movie.. not sure anymore it's been awhile.

One of the things I liked is how they ended the series by linking the last one to the first.
Hmm, I must rewatch this series. It was pretty enjoyable.
