Too bad cg is too busy not appointing people to moderate steamtrades even though I volunteered to help out again.

It's not like people really want to trade anyway, right? Right...?

Well, community could alert admins, who have many things to do, cg proved in the past he grants a lot of attention to the welfare of community and thus, if we tell him he will do something about this.

Since there is no support sometimes I think it should be ok to call people out. But in the end this would lead into a witchhunt.

This place can really sometimes become steamgits instead of steamgifts.

There should be a "casting" for new staff!!! I ain't seen mods or results from reporting stuff like .. long ago! Who's with me?

I will leave if situation doesn't improve withing a reasonable time frame. I am here only one month and I see the tunnel is closing in faster then I expected.

Well, I don't know how much moderation two sites of this volume means, but moderating a smaller forum of my JKA clan can be quite messy too if there's not a lot of mods around, both on the forum and especially ingame. And that's a very small community as of now; we have around 80 members at max, of which only like 40 are really active on the forum, and a lot less ingame (talking about the clan members of course, didn't count our traffic). This community here has its numbers way much more into the thousands. Like I said, I have no idea how much work SG or ST needs, but it's definitely not going to survive without proper moderation.

In SteamTrades The problem now is the Impersonators Scammers. Is really hard fight vs Those scammers because use a lot of different accounts and is impossible ban. Other users and me make post to advice the new users about this type of scam. For example:

You seem to have a huge knowledge of how things work, i don't understand why would you ask for help, we can all steamgit what we want.

The answer I got from Jade 2 weeks ago in the Support section: "We already have eyes on a few, but there's nothing you can do that we can't right now, so right now we're focusing on giving the current support more abilities." Then Support got fucked. Amazing.

I don't frequent SteamTrades that much, but I certainly am tired of clicking on something awesome, only to find out it's a 'fake' giveaway. Agh!
