Hide Owned Game from the List

I can't believe noone ever thought about that.
What about a filter who can hide from the giveaway list the games you already own?
(and, maybe let you choose to hide the titles you don't even care)

But yes. He is right. There should be a function like that integrated into the site, not made by an addon.

The network of sites already deals with DB issues, I don't think making more queries is going to make anything run better.

It's best left to the addon for now.

Yes, the add-on does this and it works fine. But the thing is this site already knows what games you own from syncing with your Steam account. It won't let you enter for games you own. Since it already has this information, why can't it just prevent games you own from being displayed, too? Frankly, it seems kind of weird for the site to be showing you giveaways it won't let you enter. But you're right that until (if) something is done on the site, the add-on is pretty much the way to go.
