You can, unless it is a private giveaway and in it's description says that it is only for those who don't have the game...

Usually it's frowned upon, but since the base game has been easier to acquire, and since it's such a small part of the collection, I'd say go for it. Only for Dungeon Defenders (and maybe a few others), not in general.

Normally I'd say no, but considering the collective DLC for dungeon defenders costs like, 3x the base game, I say go for it.

Id say it depends on the amount of dlcs for a game. 1-2 - eh probably not. Dungeon defenders and saints row = YES

You're allowed, but you should ask the giveaway creator's permission. If you win and they don't want you to have it, they are fully within their rights to ask for a reroll which not only uses up moderator time that could be devoted elsewhere, but also pisses off both you (for not getting a game despite winning it) and the giveaway creator (they just want to give a gift, it shouldn't be made hard).

The DLC costs more than the actual game. It's a tough call!

I don't think you can.Or you should. Why does that sound gramatically incorrect?
