"... not YET being bundled ..."
Fixed it for you. I expect The God of Bundled to add this to his naughty list soon enough. Or am I getting my mythological figures mixed up again?

What, I can't be home and be drunk? Not a chance Fortix doesn't get bundled. Like it or not, breaking the rule would open the door for debates on every game that's bundled and lead to a tear in the fabric of reality.
Comment has been collapsed.
No it will not break any rule, cause the bundle list's main purpose is to prevent exploits in bundles to boost CV. Fortix doesn't fall under that at all, cause it you pay around the same amount for both sides. This thread exists till now cause jade gave the green light. If anyone tries to debate on other games, they have to prove the full price of the game doesn't make it exploitable.

Where the heck did you get "full price" from? I don't see jade saying that anywhere.

Please tell me you know that exploitable has to do with percentage off rather than just how much the base price is....

'bundle list's main purpose is to prevent exploits in bundles to boost CV.'
Then maybe they should name it the fucking CV-exploit-preventing-list instead of the bundle-list. Y'know, usually a bundle list has, bundle-related stuff in it, not everything but one game that is a really fucking bad forum inside-meme.
The pathetic part here is that this forum even has a 'meme'.

You can drop the act. Everyone can tell I was over-exaggerating. My point is simple and straightforward. Fortix should be bundled because it's in a bundle. That's how it works. Just because a bunch of insane community members want to hold onto some cultist-tier obscure meme doesn't mean it shouldn't be bundled.

And what about everyone else? There's this small percentage of the community, the same percentage that probably finds it funny when someone says 'THANKS FOR SKYRIM LOLOLOLIRMSRTLOLOLOL' that thinks the game shouldn't be bundled, and for what? CV? I hope not. Holding onto a bad community-joke? Well, it's pretty over-used.
I can't see a possibly sensible reason why it shouldn't just follow the rules and go into the bundle list.

Fair enough. If it gets bundled, good. If it doesn't, good.
On an unrelated note, I apologise for whatever impression I made of myself.

The legend died when the developers decided to bundle it.

I personally liked the part where it said "everyone needs to own this game" because I don't. In fact, I didn't know it existed until I joined SG. I shall earn it the only way I will ever know how... by playing SG. Good day to you sirs and ladies.

If you don't own it, there's a giveaway in the main post.

Ah Fortix... I was telling my wife about Steamgifts, and about how they had this tradition with this "crappy" game. I said it was crappy because I thought it looked crappy on Steam, but I generally don't like strategy/tower defense types, and it looked like that. Anyway, more recently I realized it was a Qix clone, so now I want it. And of course in SG tradition, I have to win it, so that I can gift it.
Only problem is, while it's been given away more now due to the bundle, the "fad" of trading it seems to have mostly died down. Which is a shame because I want to play this game, but I also want to get it by winning it. There's another Qix clone out that I could get to tide me over, I forget the name though. Not to mention various freeware games, including one on Android.
I support your cause, though. The game's a buck and I'm not sure you can get it for much less in this bundle. Let people at least get credit for giving it away. But even if it does go on the bundle list... who really cares? I don't care about CV. I give away games to re-home games I don't love that I think others will enjoy, because I think it's awesome that that kind of thing happens.
But I also think other games should be taken off the bundle list, too, if only to encourage people to make gifts of it. Like from the first couple Humble Bundles a couple years ago. VVVVVV and Braid are good examples. Nobody's giving these games away. Let's give them reason to.
Maybe CV shouldn't be based on how much we think you paid for it, but by how much people actually want the game, and/or how frequently it's given away. 10-20 or more of one title given away in one day? No CV. Game hasn't been seen here in weeks? Much more CV than it's worth. Game appears on a lot of users' wish lists? Ditto. Just a thought.

I just entered a few above and below me, those which were not closed. I have SG+. Didn't know it changed the ordering. Thanks.

On the example of giving not for 1 buck CV but for the DREAM -heroic pose- http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/i2rBu/fortix
Also I would like to say that all the CV from this giveaway should be donated for the Steamgifts old age gamers fund!
May the Fortix be with you

I just got back from a few days with no internet. I spent money to come back to this horror.
This travesty must be reversed, if the third Ultimate Fortix Giveaway is to do as well as the first two.
There must be mass Fortix. I have bought Dragon Age: Origins, and I'm working on getting Skyrim to satisfy the people who help make the events great. It being a bundled title will heavily limit this event.
Also, if people have already solved this problem, I'm sorry for posting. Like I said, I just got back. :P

It shouldn't, but given in the previous giveaway events, Fortix got triple digit numbers while Fortix 2, a bundled game, was getting only a handful of copies, both topics having a single digit number of copies given.
Given I had an event planned for December, and have even purchased Dragon Age: Origins for it (and have plans for Skyrim if I can stretch the wallet), I don't want this bomb to happen. It would be a death rattle for the events.

We all know Fortix is like everyone's little brother here on Steamgifts. And now.. after all these years, its finally in a Bundle.
I think Fortix should NOT be added to the bundle list.
Why you ask? The game is only a dollar ($1) anyways. Always has been. So there's no way to contrib boost (cv boost) with this game. Everyone needs to own this game, and like most games that end up in the bundle list, my fear is it will never be given away again.

EDIT 2: May 25th/14
It has come to my attention of a rumor that "Race the Sun" is NOT going to be put on the Bundle list as it was only 90% off with the lowest tier. Yet it was in that Humble Bundle Daily
I hope this rumor is proven to be false as we all know this would do an injustice to FORTIX as FORTIX was ever in one Bundle and it was a bonus to the $1 tier. Which means, Fortix was 0% off. ZERO Percent off.
Long Live the King.
