If it would be as good as last year's, then it would be slightly worse than it could have been two years ago.

A few days ago I saw some logitech speakers on amazon for 30€.
Wait Black Friday they said, they will be cheaper they said.

10/10 would wait Black Friday again

Black Friday was better this year because I didn't bother going to any of the sales like I did last year.

A lot of stores tried to kill two birds with one stone (trying to generate some good will and* not having to participate in the sales) by saying they respected that the holidays are about family and they weren't going to have any black Friday sales; since that probably reduced the chaos, that was arguably better, too.

The ASUS VG248QE monitor was (and still is, I believe) available from Newegg for $209. That made it worth it for me. Though other than that, I didn't really look at many deals. Most of the sales I saw looked kind of "meh."

Honestly a lot worse. Saw a lot less good deals. And quite a few companies seem to be using the trick now in which they raise the 'regular price' to make it seem like a good discount. (Example: price before black friday is 50 euros. Then during black friday they say the regular price is 60 euro's and put it on sale for 49.)
