Okay, so I finished breaking bad...and holy crap. That was the best TV show I have ever watched in my life.

Please recommend me a show that's really good. No cartoon's btw, I need a show with an actual plot, like Breaking Bad.

Shows I like:
Breaking Bad

Okay shows:
Awkward - it got super boring after Season 3, they kept on repeating the whole "Matty" thing; first time is was fine, but it keeps happening, so i stopped after season 3

Shows I don't like:
Orange is the new black - the show had way to much nudity I went into the first 15 minutes of the first episode and I already hated it.

That isn't even a show. That's a TV mini-series. And on top of that it got bad ratings/

One of the best things that has ever been on TV, but some work is required to find it.

It would probably help to know some other shows that you've watched and either enjoyed or hated.

Off the top of my head, I love Mad Men. Brilliant writing and characters.

Yes and both OddLlama and KiaraV are correct. It is awesome.
Both the Walking Dead and Vikings always make a good watch, too :)

I watched the first 30 minute episode and part of the second chunk, but just thought it was terrible and turned it off. Its boring, not funny, and I couldn't possibly care less about the characters.

I didn't care for almost the first half, but felt like it really started to pick up, and shows a lot of promise.

Fargo is awesome, stoked for season 2 based on the cast list already.

House of Cards, BBC version is amazing. Haven't watched the US version.

GoT, obviously good. OITNB is good too, despite how much of it is sensationalized.

IASIP is solid, and I really need to watch Last Man on Earth since it stars two of my favorite people currently living.

Suits or maybe Hannibal could be something for you, but I haven't watched Breaking Bad past Season 1, because Season 1 was quite boring.

Admittedly Season 1 is quite boring; but Season 1 is there to settle in the plot. After that it gets much better.

I watched the first two seasons, but that show is just a relentless series of gut-punches. After the Season 2 finale, I decided that I just didn't need more things to be depressed about.

I'd say Revolution. For some reasons it even reminds me Breaking Bad. Yeah, ratings aren't that good as Breaking Bad, but it's because people expected much more and started to hate it since it doesn't fit their needs. I still haven't watched the second episode, but first one was good, and it's not a show in which you can predict what's gonna happen. Ending was mindblowing, and it has some twists. You should enjoy it.

Game Of Thrones (Has SOME nudity and sex scenes, but isn't as much as OITNB. The action and murder balance it out quite nicely)
Gotham
Scorpion
CSI Cyber
Sleepy Hollow
American Horror Story (Asylum is the best, then Coven is next best...To me anyway)
Once Upon A Time is one of my personal favourites, but it's no where near being like Braking Bad >.>

  • Boardwalk Empire - an American Prohibition period crime drama, focusing on Atlantic City and the exploits of Enoch Thompson as he attempts to make the most of bootlegging and the illegal liquor trade.
  • Justified - contemporary cowboy and U.S. Marshall Raylan Givens, who tends to enforce the law with a pistol, is forced back into his hometown in Kentucky where he confronts the shadows of his past and backwoods criminals alike.
  • Sons of Anarchy - Jackson "Jax" Teller is part of an outlaw motorcycle club, the eponymous SoA, whose involvement with gun-running and conflicts with ethnic gangs pulls him from one extreme to the next, while confronting the ghost of his father's demise and mother's deceit.
  • Band of Brothers - a mini series, from the acclaimed Steven Spielberg, focusing on the exploits of Easy Company, of the vaunted 101st U.S. Airborne, during World War II; like Saving Private Ryan, the series deals primarily with the men involved and their personal stories while the war serves as a backdrop.
  • Mad Men - a love-it or hate-it show concerning the actions of a thoroughly conflicted man whose wit and creativity lead him to commercial success in the heated 1950's advertising realm, while his personal life is in shambles.
  • Arrested Development - an almost farcical, offbeat comedy dealing with a family whose extreme personalities cause their son, who attempts to keep them and their business afloat, no end of grief. I'd advise skipping the atrocious fourth season.
