Okay, so I finished breaking bad...and holy crap. That was the best TV show I have ever watched in my life.

Please recommend me a show that's really good. No cartoon's btw, I need a show with an actual plot, like Breaking Bad.

Shows I like:
Breaking Bad

Okay shows:
Awkward - it got super boring after Season 3, they kept on repeating the whole "Matty" thing; first time is was fine, but it keeps happening, so i stopped after season 3

Shows I don't like:
Orange is the new black - the show had way to much nudity I went into the first 15 minutes of the first episode and I already hated it.

If you like Breaking Bad. Go for it's daddy. The Sopranos.

It's old but it stands the test of time.

That last season really diminished the entire show for me. I was really tired of most of the characters by the time the show stopped.

A short one, on the History channel: Gangland undercover. It's inspired from a real story of Charlie Fargo who got caught by the DEA and made a deal with them: infiltrate the Vagos (biggest biker gang) or go to jail.
Only 3 episods for the moment but it's kind of nice.

I usually recommend Leverage at this point even though I've never watched Breaking Bad to know if they're anything alike (and they probably completely aren't). :D

I'd say that they're very, very far apart, even though I really enjoyed most of Leverage. It was a great show to watch while I was eating. Basically, a popcorn show.

Maybe the pilot is considered as a movie like BSG.

Also going to recommend Suits. Lots of witty humor and burning other people.
Also, Chuck for nonsensical shenanigans.

Edit: The first few seasons of Psych are good too if you like nonsensical shenanigans.

Alphas: If you like superheroes. (really sucks it got canned on a massive cliffhanger)
Fringe: (although the start of the last season is really poorly handled, it does nicely wrap up the overall series in the end though)
Grimm: if you like the idea of a supernatural police procedural with fairy tale sub-themes.
The Young Ones and Bottom: for British absurdism and violent slapstick comedy. (no continuous plot, but strong individual episodes instead)
Blackadder: For British comedy that's a but more straight-up, and mixed with period piece settings. (Also no continuous plot, but strong individual episodes instead)
Red Dwarf: For British sci-fi comedy. (The one season with ongoing plot is the weakest though)
Haven: For more supernatural police procedural. Starts off far too slow for it's own good, but if the first half season manages to hold your interest you'll want to watch the rest too.
Cheers: For an American sitcom that still manages to stand the test of time - and it has an ongoing plot.
Frasier: Which spun off from the above, and quickly finds itself going off in a completely different direction - and also with it's own ongoing continuity.

Hmm. That's more comedies than I expected actually.
