I remember it was given away as a beta key which gave limited-time access to the game. The game was removed from the library. That was on curse.com
I don't know if it has been given away more times (maybe on alienwarerena?) but you can definitely not make a GA for it.

You forgot that it was the only game in the top tier of that bundle, which meant it would have cost about $6.00 extra.
The game has been on sale in the Humble Store for around $7.00.
So just go ahead and wait for it to go on sale again and buy it outright. You didn't really miss a deal with the bundle.

I played Edge of Space just recently (62 hours on Steam) so here are my thoughts in a nutshell: It has some interesting new aspects (e.g. the power system) but it's bugged, abandoned, repetitive and overall just not fun after the first two hours. I recommend playing Terraria instead.

I love shadowrun, but those two have been on sale and bundles so many times most already have them, it's kinda disapointing that thy're the top tier. They're really the only games in this bundle I'm interested in, but I already have them so I'll pass.
