I am 100% sure by the thing i said. I seen his postings about trading/selling cv (for sg) against Money and/or other games and stuff. And he had became the (hundreds) keys free from a dev and i reported it to the support that the cv dropped to zero/bundle. The support don't liked the behavior too and set the game to zero cv.
Seach in the Archive for The Drone Racing League Sim, around 1 month ago. And you will find a lot that bought/traded a lot of keys from him (i don't speak from 1 or 2 keys.. -and all with 5+ copies that buyed there are on my BL too).
All not with the intention to be generous... all only because they are greedy censored ones that wanted to exploit the system.
From my point of view should such people banned permanent but that will never happen.
But nobody can bring me to a point were i install then a script from such one bye bye account... NEVER.

I'm almost never logged in to Steam through my web browser, but there's an easy way too see all store purchases in the Steam client as well:
- Click the current Steam Wallet funds at the top right of your Steam client window (next to your name)
- Click "View licenses and product key activations" (second link on the right side)
- Now you have a list of all games activated on your account, in order, those purchased through the store are marked as such (below "ACQUISITION METHOD")
Just check the dates during the sale to see what you bought/activated on your account then. It won't show you the total spent though...
Myself? I stocked up on games pretty good, more store purchases than all of 2016 and 2017 together, just in one sale. However, those two years I mainly bought games for other people (SG and direct gifts) and almost nothing for myself, so it wasn't so hard to beat :)
