my age doesn't matter..
one of my greatest achievements, i think, was using a stick to kill an angry copperhead (without getting bit)

I'm 22.
My greatest achievement? I was the first in my primary school to finish the reading curriculum, and also the first to be allowed to use a fountain pen, but I guess getting into one of the top state secondary schools in my country (93 places for over 4000 applicants) takes the crown. Unfortunately it all went downhill from there...

To those who think that getting a woman pregnant is not an achievement, you've either been lucky or haven't tried it. I myself have been lucky, but I know people who tried for years, and this often includes uncomfortable treatments for the women. One couple I know didn't manage it and eventually adopted a child. Others did manage it. Even when the woman does get pregnant, miscarriage is common.
So don't go knocking the achievement of having a child. For a lot of people it's a struggle and a real achievement to succeed.

Isn't it nature's way of saying there are too many damn people?

Having a baby is an achievement and keeping him alive even more so. What he grows up into may be thought of as another achievement, but I think that "virtuous" is a little too much to expect, and "staying on the right side of the law and not becoming a burden on others" should be considered an achievement.

being comfortable with who I am - I think that's a pretty big one for most people actually. I salute you for the achievement

Thank you! I was being bullied quite a lot because of my looks (you could call me the ugly duckling) and because of the way I was different from others. Now I am quite comfortable with myself and don't give a damn about what people think.
Life is so much easier, now :)

I'm 25, and I'm still alive. Also I've never been to jail. Especially not for homicide. It's really hard to refrain self these days from doing it. So I'm pretty proud of myself for not killing anyone ^_^
On a more serious note, tomorrow will be my 10th anniversary of being vegetarian. I guess that's the thing I'm most proud of.
