'Sid Meier's Civilization V: Complete BUNDLE' is 92% off for me too, right now. Costs 11,26€. Too bad I'm not personally interested in that game and since it's a bundle it can't be bought as a gift to give away either.

Hi. There are a lot of great games on Steam and right now most of them are on sale. It is hard to recommend something when there is no hint to what the person asking actually likes. You might want to consider your discovery queue, or your wishlist. Or maybe just browse the store and the daily recommendations, perhaps you'll find something to your liking.
