So I lost my phone...

Maybe where you live, but here in Hungary not everybody can afford a smartphone(a decent one at least). And I refuse to buy a crappy phone just to be a touchy owner. I prefer a good reliable phone, wich I wont have to charge every other day and can take a hit.

That's not true though

I can pop down to my local Sprint/ATT/Tmobile store and get a "dumb" phone.
Loads of secondary providers also carry a lot of dumb phones.

The smart phones are just the ones put out in store and advertised, which makes it appear they are the only option, because thats where providers make money hooking people in.

yeah, at least the "honest finder" wont benefit from it:) Who needs a duct taped oldfashioned nokia?:D Even the 1 gig sdcard aint worth shit.

Well I could use my granddad's old Nokia 3310. But I don't want to look like a damn hipster xd

I think 'candy-bar' phones are more sturdy though. And thinner, too!
