First off all sry for my bad english .. hope u will understand me :D
1 month ago i bought a little more games that usual from g2a .. and my paypal got banned .. i didnt care very much .. because I could use paysafe instead .. 2 weeks ago i sent a ticket to g2a support .. i got a replay almost instant :
"We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our specialist directly at rejected@g2a.com providing the email address of your G2A Account, the suspension message and a description of the situation when this message appeared. Our Security Department will be able to verify the issue in detail and offer you a solution."
i close the first ticket and open a new one to the new email addres .. the ticket was recived by them but didn't get a replay from them since then ..
in the meantime my account on g2a was banned to .. i dont realy care much about the g2a site itself .. the problem is that i use the g2a payment options on various site's and now i'm stuck because on some of them that's the only payment option ..
All my paymants on g2a where completed .. i never asked for a refund or something like that .. i dont have any refferals .. and i never sell a game on g2a .. i dont realy understand what could be the reason for my ban :(
