No.
This has been asked before.
And why would you be able to store more point if you are already at the max? Go spend them ;)
If you are worried hat you cannot spend them fast enough go ask your boss for a vacation, so you can spend all day on SG.

Silly silly boy, Steamgifts wasn't made to collect points, this said you should probably go spend those points in games you want rather than ask for more points.
And the 1 hour thing is a lie, i check my points every 2-3 hours and its around 150 tops, which i end up spending them all everytime i check.
PS: btw you aren't forced to check the website so often, at least no one is doing it.

I think the argument that higher cap means more people entering giveaways is void. What I see is that most people who reach 300P refrain from entering low-chance giveaways and/or giveaways for games that they don't want.
Meaning: the ones who reach the max are exactly the ones who leave or don't enter giveaways with more than 500 entries (or around), and most importantly, they are the ones who have a select or small wishlist and only enter for games they genuinely want and can run on their computer.
Upping to 400P would not water down everyone's chances and would be fairer to people who use this website according to its purpose: to get free games in a fair manner, in a random selection between people who all want those games with a non-human weird kind of attraction.
If you guys want to get more chances, the only ways are Groups, Private, Contributor or giving less than the current 5% in points for everyone. Not that I'm defending it, but it's a far more focused and logical approach to the "over 1000" giveaways than point caps.

More on the 5% thing.
Every time someone starts a giveaway we all get 5%. So if you create one for Skyrim 60P, every single user gets 3 points. This has been like that for months, right? So, I don't have numbers for this site but I assume at one moment you had 50,000 members. So the system gave the userbase 150,000 points for one giveaway like that. Right now, the system is giving us 399,000 points for one Skyrim giveaway. This is saturation. You want more chances, reduce the 5% thing. Especially now with this mayhem of new giveaways coming in :)

This is quite annoying.. Do you think the point limit could be increased a bit? I'm coming back to the site every hour or so and I'm at 300 points.. Think of all the giveaways I could not have entered because the points just vanished..
The 300 limit was well enough back when we did -not- have thirty pages of active giveaways.. But now.. I hate to think how people might feel if they can't check the site every hour or so!
