What is your real CV ratio sent vs won?
I agree. However, there is no way to specify hasGivenPonyIsland or hasGivenLowRatedGame when filtering.

Pony Island is $5 and extremely high quality.

Yep, instead of "based on the quantity of games vs the quality of games given vs received." original post should have said
"based on the quantity of games vs total of (fluctuating mostly due to steam API being rubbish) list prices of games given vs received."

well, cause i don't look at it as CV.
i don't care if he gave 100 or 500. i want some giveback. bundle trash or not, private or group. don't care.
and yes, i'm having fun doing level GA, less entries means more chances for those who did give back. i find that fun

really? who would do such a thing :P - no but seriously, we give away what we can afford only, I would give more (no such thing as altruism I actually use it to make me feel a bit happier when I feel sad), but at the moment we cannot afford it :(

Not sure about my real cv- I'll have to check sgtools later- but just thought I'd pop in and direct you to the comment formatting cheat sheet.

Thank you. I haven't seen it until now, surprisingly. I'll bookmark it for later.

My sent real CV is $54, and my won real CV is $6 and change. Both are of equal quantity, 3. So far all I've managed to win are mass giveaways of inexpensive games. I'm not complaining, but the RNG here has not been kind so far. If I look at my stats, the entered vs won statistics indicate I should have won 4+ games more than I have to this point. My plan to turn my luck around is to give some more games away. I figure if I hit level 4 or 5 I'll start winning eventually :)
As far as which is the better measure, quantity or quality, I think both serve a purpose.

Real CV Sent: 305.55 / Real CV Won: 69.65 = 4.39
I used SGTools once, but I only used the rules to block rule breakers. I probably won't use it again because I think people deserve a second chance and I don't see a way to allow for a certain number of broken rules. I don't care about ratios, so if I do a giveaway for people that contribute to the site, I just use the built in level system.

You can set t up for dates, like multiple wins can go through if they are older then a year. It's in the custom rule sections.
But an example;
last_multiple_win <= date_modify(date('now'), '-1 years')
You can also set numbers for vac bands, date for last vac ban, and whatnot. I don't think there is a way to get around non-activation, as that is a clear violation of the rules.

Yeah I know about the dates for multiple wins and vac bans, but like you said, there is no way to set a rule for non-activated. I believe if a person broke a rule and served their suspension, they deserve a second chance, so I wish you could set a number for non-activated and multiple wins like you can for VAC bans. That way you could allow a person that broke a rule once to enter, but not multiple offenders.

They can fix it by redeeming a key for the game. So it's not a permanent thing, they just need to make some effort at least.

just cause they are called unbunlded dosnt mean, that they never got bundled... thanks to humble monthly there is meanwhile no big difference between most unbundled giveaways here and bundled... people try to get cv as cheap as possible. maybe some people with shitty ratio have still spend more money then the others for his won games.
there are more important things than cv, ratio or level here like beeing active in the forum (no, not me...), helping others or making others happy^^

My Real CV is 4.1. It's not likely to change much in the near future because I'm recently more into finding good homes for ungiftable keys (which by definition have zero CV) than regular GAs. I still create regular GAs, but at my current pace CV is not going to change much. Not that it matters in any way.

I actually don't look up my real CV ratio anymore. Last time I looked it up I almost got 5times as much on real CV given as received.
I'll know I'm doing something wrong if I'll start failing on many SG-Tool checks, but for now there's almost no wall that can stop me from entering anymore yay. :-)
Edit:
Real CV Sent: 1,812.95 $
Real CV Won: 435.65 $
Ratio: 4,16
CV Sent: 10,004.47 $
CV Won: 1,159.00 $
Ratio: 8,63

Oh no, how dare you!
I remember someone else creating GAs as a trap for rule breakers - those belong to the ones I can't pass as well. ;)

Real CV Sent: 151.35$
Real CV Won: 28.75$
Ratio: 5.264
Raw CV Sent: 685.58$
Raw CV Won: 64.96$
Ratio: 10.55
Gifts Sent: 42
Gifts Won: 4
Ratio: 10.5
Huh I just think it's weird how close the raw cv ratio and the money ratio are. Meanwhile the real cv ratio tells the grim truth of "I mostly only give bundle leftovers" :v

While frolicking down the discussion boards and SGTools spyware trades, I've noticed that most of the requirements are based on the quantity of games vs the quality of games given vs received.
Let me use myself as an example. I have given away a measly 4 games, but have received 10 games. Shame on me :(
This is a sent/won ratio of 0.4
However, using the real CV (contribution value taking into account bundles and freebies) of my sends and wins, I have sent $32.75 USD worth of games (after bundles) and won $20.15.
This is a sent/won ratio of 1.63
Therefore, I have received more by quantity, but have given better quality than I have received. NOTE: I am very appreciative of my wins and am working through my backlog. I simply speak of dollar value. Don't hate me.
So I have two questions:
What is your Real CV Sent/Won ration? (You probably need to visit SGTools for this)
Would you rather have contributors require better quality or quantity ratios?
P.S. No giveaways in this post yet, I'm low on IRL currency due to family circumstances. I will be hosting some by year's end though for the people who favor quantity :)
