Gaming moments that made you laugh out loud

• Running into Face McShooty in Borderlands 2. And listening to his whole rant.
• "And they say imitation diamond wasn't good enough" - a lot of things in Day of the Tentacle you can see coming a long way ahead of things. And the spot-on delivery still makes things hilarious.
• Jazzpunk. All of it. One of the more bizarre and absurdistic games around, definitely qualifies as Pythonesque.
• Saint's Row 4, mission "The Case of Mr. X" (Asha's loyalty mission). The whole thing.

In spite of not wanting to say "The whole Monkey Island series", I will say it because if I just point out 1-2 moments I will feel that I am unfair to many others :)

Gilbert Goodmate had great moments too!

In XCOM, when one of my soldiers killed 2 of his own squad and got promoted to sergeant in the same mission (he didn't do anything else in the mission). It was a mixture of rage and laughter.

Bump!

I laughed a lot in Portal, Portal 2, The Monkey Island games, Magicka to name a few. Hard to think of any specific jokes, so much to choose from. Without too many spoilers: starting the Portal 2 chapter "This is the part where he kills you" made me laugh several times.
