Deadly premonition was the game with the most funniest moments for me. Many are spoilers :( so ........... fk in my coffee.

In Monkey Island 2 Guybrush finds the remains of Mr. Willy Gorilla, who died in the adjacent cell to the one Guybrush is held captive in.
Mr. Willy Gorilla was arrested for grinding his Organ in public - thus for indecent behaviour in public. The joke is, that you are able to retrieve his belongings later and one of them is an actual organ...
Jeah... well... it's an okay joke I guess.

What got me is, that when I played that game as a kid, the whole joke got lost in translation and I didn't realize that this was just meant to be funny. So I was desperately trying to figure out what I could do with my newly acquired organ. I ran around and showed it to everyone, tried to combine it with everything and even tried to sell it. So when I finally understood the joke, when I re-played the game in english, I became painfully aware how much time i wasted figuring out what to do with that item. It was just such a surprise that there was a joke hidden behind it.

Just yesterday when I was playing some CS GO dm and one guy was raging because everyone was crouching. He then said "you're all playing Control-Strike".

Whole lot of bugs in games always make me laugh, or situations I'm satisfied of I let myself for a little laugh too :P

I laugh out loud when people I play with don't know what lol means and use this word as an insult, e.g. "You are lol"

A few games have made me smile, but only one ever made me actually laugh out loud - Corporate Lifestyle Simulator. The cut scenes are amazing :)

A match in COD: Black Ops II in the Drone map. There's a little sort of shed in one of the spawn points and I saw one of my teammates and another dude from the opposing team simulating oral sex (my teammate is the one on his knees, crouching). When I saw them, they act surprised and half-heartedly started shooting each other. Next round, same map. Coincidentally, again in the same shed, I caught my teammate giving head to another opponent. Again, they started shooting each other when they noticed me. Third round and it's in the desert map, I forgot the name. I didn't saw it myself but the chat read, "You f*cking slut! How long have you been cheating on me?" followed by the notification that my former teammate (he's in the opposing team on this map) and the other person from the second round was killed by the first guy. The rest of the folks was all WTF as they had no idea what was happening. I was just lololololololing for about a minute.
tl;dr: My teammate was a slut.

Deux Ex human revolution directors cut. when in auto save hit when i was crouching ingame, the game thought i was crouching but gave me the normal speed of walking and i can sprent, enemies dont detect me easily since im litterly crouching it the same time.

Call of Juarez Gunslinger. The action goes forward as one of the narrators keeps speaking. They sit in a saloon, drinking beer and talking, you are their imagination. Sometimes narrators don't agree with each other and they tell different versions of the same story and you play along as they speak. Silas Greaves is narrating - the main character. He tells a story how he was in a train trying to get from the back to the locomotive. Bad guys are everywhere - left, right, on the roof. The action is so freaking intense, bad guys are coming out of nowhere, imagine famous Matrix' scene in a hall. Suddenly the screen grays out and the game is getting slower and slower until it stops. I am like "What the hell happened? Did they kill me? Hell no... The game must have crashed..." And then I suddenly hear Silas Greaves telling "I've drank too much booze, I need to pee" and I am like "Really? I gotta wait until he comes back from a can?" Yes I was waiting for like 3-4 minutes until the guy has taken a leak lol. First I was pissed off (pun intended) and confused then I laughed so hard xD Well played, Techland, well played...

Not really story-related but hilarious all the same, The Metronomicon when you play any song in chipmunk mode. XD

I think sharing a moment with someone can make it so much funnier - while playing alone I often end up with bright eyes, mouth forgot to be closed because I'm just staring at the game in disbelief or on the verge of laugh, but relatively rarely laughing :) But Jazzpunk as whole is extremely funny because of delivering unexpected jokes, I really liked it.
While playing with others: anything, because others can say funny stuff that can make everything funnier :D Imagine playing hide and seek (the hunting type) in csgo with friends, then someone starts the Jaws theme's dun-dun-dun-dun-dun louder and louder, and because he was already dead he could you both the hiding and chasing poeple. But said nothing if anyone's close or not, and everyone collectively started giggling-laughing :)

There are some really funny memories I have but I think the funniest one was in Borderlands 2. That game has way too many funny moments and I loved every single quote from Handsome Jack but there was one particular quest that resonated very well with me on a personal level. It is when Tiny Tina asks you to steal some chocolate chip cookies for her. When you collect enough cookies she realises that they aren't chocolate chip but raisin cookies and she goes totally mad over it. I hate raisins and I always give a similar reaction everytime I realise a dessert I eat has raisins so I really connected well with that and it made me laugh even more because I know how painful that particular situation is :D Here are some screenshots of her reaction.

Even tho F4 is really average game (yes, my opinion, don't want to have discussion about it D:) it have it's funny "moments".

The majority of Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1 and 3. The fact that Re;Birth 2 has significantly less of those moments is one of the reasons I liked it less.
Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale is also very funny. :)
