You may want to download the games from the Trove you want to be able to keep for later. Currently 71 games in Trove. The Vault only promises 50+

Anyone know if "Ruin Raiders - Unknown Menace" is the full game? The one on Steam doesn't have the "Unknown Menace" subtitle...

We want to give you a heads up that starting February 1, Mac and Linux versions of the DRM-free games currently in the Humble Trove will no longer be available.

As a Humble Choice member, you can still download them to keep for your personal collection until January 31. Windows PC versions of many of these games will still be available to download in the upcoming Humble app, alongside the brand-new Humble Games Collection.

Is there any good games on trove that i should download? Just want to make sure that i didnt miss anything before the transition happens.

FWIW: I downloaded all games for both Mac and Windows the other night, and it was only about 40GB total, so if you wanna do it now before the Humble change happens, it shouldn't take much to do.

Trove games are now Vault games.

New additions go into Humble Game Collection (HGC).

Vault games don't have DRM, HGC games have DRM.

How do you tell whether a game is in the Vault or HGC?
In the Home section they are separated into HGC and Vault games. In other sections (Browse, Your Library) HGC games have a subheading of the publisher (ex: By Humble Games) and Vault games don't.

Downloads and installs are only via the Humble App.

After a Vault game is installed you don't need the Humble App to run it. You can run the game from its installation folder.

You can also run HGC games from the installation folder but the game will also start the Humble App for the DRM.

Since Humble Trove doesn't exist anymore, any of you are welcome to create a new thread for games included in the Humble App. I won't have time to do it, as you may have guessed.

Humble bundle sux again...

I don't see the point since you can only access the games when subscribed. I have skipped since July last year, and just un-installed the Amazon Games app also. Xbox app is next (can't copy saves to Steam). Removing Rockstar will be a little tricky as they bound their Steam games to their useless app. These companies will do anything to have a launcher.

so in the app the 'humble games collection' has drm (and thus works only until my subsription is live) while the rest does not (so it works forever)?

Fae Tactics and Archvale were added.

Does anyone know if there is a Linux/Deck launcher for these Humble games?

Somehow the change from Trove to app went right by me. I don't know if anything was 'lost' to me per se since I haven't been able to take full advantage of the trove but at the same time I feel somewhat robbed, haha. So thanks to the folks that were bumping this and bringing it to awareness. ;w;
