Can't activate Duke Nukem 3D: 20th Anniversary World Tour

The game was removed from steam store. After that, my friend bought it from another official store and he can't activate it. The keys were revoked or what happend?

Game is DMCA'd. Keys won't work until publisher/developer solve whatever copyright issue they have (if they can at all).

There's already a posting on Twitter by the developer. They're trying to solve this. If it gets listed again or at least DMCA as removal reason changed, the keys should work again. Until then only gifts can be activated. :-/
