Walking Dead Save Issue

Anyone here know of any way I can fix the walking dead game save issue.

I did all of ESP1 and once I hit ESP2, everything I did in ESP1 no longer matters. I saved Ducky and Doug in ESP1 but in ESP2 it saying I never.

I tried moving my perf file like was said, that never worked. I tried beating ESP1 again and then making a copy of it, which ended with the game deleting both files.

Anyone know anyway to fix this so I can play it with the choices I really made within the game.
