Here we go, I'll start.

Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark (2010) - This movie is a joke. At first it's interesting, then it's boring and then it's just funny/pathetic. And they put it in a "horror" genre. Words are not sufficient. Nosferatu is turning in his grave. 3/10

Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street from 2007. Cool movie, and really gory. Unfortunately, the story wasn't very climatic.

Do documentaries count? Then BBC's The Hunt, narrated by David Attenborough.

Otherwise, Oculus. Very creepy, pseudo-lovecraftian horror. Worth seeing.

Influence (2015) - Polish attempt at mixing real with surreal, real world and the world of dreams. It's not a good movie, simply put. I've seen worse but this seemed like a waste of time. It could have been good though cause the idea was nice. 4/10

Escape From Alcatraz (1979) - Great movie about escape from prison starring Clint Eastwood. Recommended. 9/10

The Conversation (1974) - Classic spy movie directed by Francis Ford Coppola and starring Gene Hackman. It's slow and sometimes it's hard to watch because of that but the ending is great and makes it all worth it. Very good movie. 8/10

Cop Land (1997) - Very good drama/crime movie about a "family" of cops sticking together until something happens and their lives change drastically. Good cast too (DeNiro, Stallone etc.) and I can definitely recommend this movie to people who enjoy such movies. 8/10

The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out Of Water (2015) - Great movie/cartoon. Amazing humor, nice animations, the real life sequences are great as well. Very good and entertaining watch. 8/10

The Thirteenth Floor (1999) - Great sci-fi/crime movie with amazing atmosphere and very good plot. Strongly recommended. 9/10

A Troll in Central Park. I watched this while I was cleaning dishes and was curious as to why Don Bluth fans hated this movie. I now understand why. The animation is pretty under par compared to other Bluth films and the songs are just annoying. The story is kinda meh and I find that the villainous characters are much more likable than the good ones which is kinda weird considering they're evil trolls.

A company man
It's alright, has good action scenes like most korean movies do, it's also not much different.
6/10

Fletch
Chevy chase snarkiness makes this movie, a lot of great lines too
7/10

Horns
Maybe i should try the the Novel, there something missing here, like these odd transitions between a comedy and a drama. I just dont know if i should laugh or take it seriously, i mean its hilarious that every man in this town is absolutely insane and every woman is a nymphomaniac, but there's this beautiful story behind it, and such jokes brake immersion. doesnt even look like im watching the same movie.
It also could have ended with a decent scene, but then it goes for another 30 min and ultimately ends, the exact same way it should have half an hour ago.

Doesnt matter i sort of enjoyed it, at least it's interesting, i would take this over a generic movie any day

Crimson Peak, last Friday night. Our local cinema did this movie night thing. They played 4 films in a row (Inside Out, Trainwreck, Ant-man and Crimson Peak). You just paid like 5 euros and you could watch all 4.

European Vacation
was on tv last night
It's pretty much random humour, every scene is a sketch and it's not like the story goes anywhere.
Some jokes aren't funny, some drag for way to long but overall it was pretty decent
At Least its not filled with genital jokes like the newer one, so not the best vacation but not the worst either.
This scene in particular was really funny

Bangkok Dangerous (2008) - Action movie starring Nicolas Cage. One of his worst ones but it was't horrible. I've seen worse. 6/10

Fantastic Mr. Fox (2009) - Very good animated movie with great photographs, amazing atmosphere and very good humor. Recommended. 8/10

The Blob (1988) - Classic horror movie. It's not bad but not great either. Good for one watch. 6/10

The Wedding Ringer (2015) - Very good and funny comedy starring Kevin Hart. Recommended. 8/10

Death To Smoochy (2002) - Very good mix of crime/drama/musical/comedy starring Robin Williams and Edward Norton. Great acting, interesting plot and good humor. 8/10

The Dark Crystal (1982) - This apparently classic adventure movie is boring as hell. It's probably the most boring, tideous and slow movie I've ever seen. I barely watched it until the end and I always watch every movie I start until the end. It wasn't horrible, just boring, slow and predictable. 4/10

The Judge (2014) - Great court/family drama starring Robert Duvall and Robert Downey Jr. 9/10

Bobby And The Ghost Hunters (2013) - Horrible movie from Netherlands. Probably the most stupid, annoying and boring movie I've ever seen. Stay away from this. 1/10

Suspect (1987) - Very good crime/drama about a man wrongfully accused of murder and his lawyer who tries to clear his name. 8/10

When Eight Bells Toll (1971) - Good UK spy/action movie starring Anthony Hopkins. It has nice atmosphere. 7/10

Bloodsport (1988) - Very good classic martial arts movie starring Jean-Claude Van Damme. It has great atmosphere and excellent music. 8/10

Annabelle (2014) - Decent horror but nothing special to be honest. Conjuring was a lot better than this. The ending was horrible too. 6/10

Matchstick Men (2003) - Great crime/comedy directed by Ridley Scott and starring Nicolas Cage and Sam Rockwell. Cage's acting was outstanding in this one as he plays and OCD and anxiety driven man with issues. The ending was great and the whole movie is very well done and worth watching for sure. Recommended. 9/10

Winter's Tale (2014) - Very good fantasy mixed with drama starring Colin Farrell and Russel Crowe. 8/10

Frankie & Johnny (1991) - Very good drama with a hint of comedy starring Al Pacino and Michelle Pfeiffer. Very real movie about love and influence of past on our future lives. 8/10

Spirit: Stallion Of The Cimarron (2002) - Very good classic cartoon about a wild mustang who gets caught and has to regain his freedom. Emotional. 8/10

Freedomland (2006) - Good crime movie mixed with drama starring Samuel L. Jackson and Julianne Moore. It gathered a lot of negative reviews and I have no idea why, it's not a masterpiece but it's not a bad movie either. 7/10

Into The Wild

I don't know what to think about this movie. It has some great accents but I wouldn't say it's a "masterpiece" as some claim. Through the whole movie I was asking myself who the hell is the main character. At forst I've just thought he's just a selfish, rebelious kid who has family problems but I wouldn't consider him a bad person. He was just a good kid with problems. I didn't know if I like him or not. What a great, not obvious and realistic character - I thought. But then I have had the feeling that the director does everything to convince me this kid is a hero. The most annoying thing was the narrator - main character's sister. She was telling such a bullshit... Go, check it yourself. I'm not saying it's a complete crap, no - it's even worth seeing once, but to be honest - I don't know what people see in this movie it has so high ratings. It's just an average film.

Gran Torino

Oh, here comes another one. Just an average movie too. The beginning was just a lol for me. I've never seen such a poor, overreacted acting from Clint Eastwood. He looked like he was trying to caricature himself. And he was doing it through the whole movie. The dialogs were... pathetic. They weren't good. The same with the story. I've seen a lot of better stories in the movies and they are never that high in the rankings. So yeah, the story... Really. You watch this movie and you're telling yourself - impossible. You know, this "impossible" from the UFO movies where the most unbelievable thing aren't aliens but the main hero who fells from 50 meters and he keeps kicking aliens' asses. For example the main character hates asians until he runs out of beer and BOOM he loves them. But I have to admit the movie was produced very nice and I didn't get bored watching it.

Hancock

A comedy. Now, that's a place for overreacting, bad puns and not-so-deep story. This is kinda parody of Superman and it borrows a lot from Superman movies and comics. The acting is so much better than in Gran Torino despite it's a comedy and the truth isn't that important here. This is a good action comedy just for your entertainment, nothing deep - good way to clear your brain. Not a masterpiece but it wasn't full of stupid jokes for teens so that's enough to make me happy - decent movie in it's own genre.

I loved both Into The Wild and Gran Torino. In Into The Wild you could feel the happiness of the man who didn't have to worry about a single thing, he was truly free. I kind of envy him, I have all those things in my life that bind me to this place and time and some actions as well that I have to do and others that I'm used to doing they became my habit... like all of us. But he was truly free.

Yeah, that's what I thought too before I've watched this (Into The Wild) :) But during the movie I have found the main character just an immature kid with problems. I wouldn't mind if he'd travel all over the world alone to prove himself he's free (but he wasn't cos over and over again he was coming back to the people and he was missing social relations although he didn't want to admit it) but the way he was doing it was just childish for me. I'm not saying he's a bad guy or something. I'm just saying he was a lost person who needed help in the first place but he always refused it. He abandoned his family without a word and he has never let them know if he's okay. I'd never admire such a person. He accused his parents they had no feelings but how cold-hearted he was to never call his sister he's fine...

I guess that's another way of looking at it. But then again, aren't we all imperfect immature kids at times?

Well, I was hoping this movie will go this way but instead the director has tried to make the main character a hero. And this was something what messed up whole movie for me :(
And yes, we all are lost souls, I was just trying to say that I didn't feel the hero I could follow in this guy despite they wanted to make me believe he is a hero :)
