Didn't receive Game what should i do ?

Mark as 'Not Received' , move on with your life.

You've won ... experience. You marked it as "not received" so that's all there is to it.

Move on and that's it. That user has 3 undelivered games so he won't be able to create more. And if he tries to use another account on this site, he'll get permanently suspended.
Fake giveaways are a thing here, albeit they are rare. Even more rare for such cheap indie games though. Usually they are for AAA games or for games with non-Steam keys.

maybe u can try to report him and he will probably get suspended :)

Besides marking it as "not received", there is little else you can do :(

I also won Grid Autosport and I received key of GRID, which I already have. I added the person who made that giveaway but he didn't response, so I marked that giveaway "Not Received"

I had worse, I won a give-away-, waited week for the code, dude that made give-away blacklisted me and he asked for new winner.. like wtf did I do ?

other one that happen was I won, I received already claimed key, dude reported me and I got banned for not activating the game..

I reported them month ago and still waiting.. bullcrap

Well...leeching has it's downside. Having access only to low level GAs would sometimes have bad results. Try giving back to the community and then you will have access to the higher level GAs.
