Well, you know I can't talk for other people, but I've registered a month ago and like Kartyl said before
Reading the FAQ is one of the first thing I did after registrering. So talking for myself I did understand that
I had to give the key if I did a contest. And even in the event of a mistake, I would probably just buy the game
and give it anyway, cause it would feel wrong to me to create a GA without a game to give.
But I'm sure that not every new person here care about that.
So I would say depend, I guess you could probably check their profile like someone already mention before me.

Unfortunately this giveaway was not the reason for you to bump this thread. Well, new users that did not understand the rules and create giveaways possibly expecting to receive the game instead of giving it away is one thing, but when someone's doing it to mock others and to laugh with them, it is completely another.

It's quite common that new users create giveaways for games like GTA V, likely not understanding how the site works (normally these giveaways are deleted for this reason). The question is - was there ever a giveaway of this sort that did end up with the giveaway creator delivering the goods?
Update: I think by now it's pretty clear that there are plenty of examples of awesome new users who started gifting with a bang. This is all of the more reason to be nice when you see such giveaways (being nice is otherwise a good idea).
