There's a random chance to win (I guess borderline no chance for the AAA games), the promo is only for one day - it's not really exploitable. Even 5k copy giveaways weren't put on the ban list because it's miniscule compared to the users on SG / possible giveaways. Not to mention that you only get a code, you don't know what the game is until you (try) to activate it.
