I don't get charged sales tax at Fanatical but I do sometimes get foreign transaction fee depending on which credit card or what payment method I use. In my past experience the last couple months.... when the name changes they add like 50-75% new games to the loot. Buying on the first day tends to get me mostly new games with like 25% of them being duplicates from previous orders. There are common cheap games that they tend to give everyone that carries over for a couple cycles. I've also bought the first day of the name change and then a couple days before ending, yielding about 50% additional games that I didn't get on day 1. It's a gamble your mileage may vary. My luck finally panned out and I got a reasonable AAA game... Dying Light 2 Ultimate edition in my last pull. (Third bundle purchase today). So... AAA games do exists and it's possible. There are a couple SG users that have gotten the big prizes as well in previous months.
