You didn't get it, "reserve" means that you do a giveaway to get a number then IF YOU deliver, you have the ticket.
We do not "reserve" a number waiting for the GAs because there are people who asked for numbers and then did not delivered their giveaways.

So even when you make a giveaway, you're not actually buying the number yet, you're just reserving it. Got it.
Still, I wish there was some sort of number reservation, for when you want a number, but can't make the giveaway just yet. There could be a deadline for that, like if you don't make the giveaway 24 hours after you reserved the number, it becomes available again. And just like there can be people who would reserve a number and not make a giveaway, there could also be people who would reserve a number, make a giveaway and not send the game. In both cases, there has to be waiting.
But it doesn't really matter. I don't think I'll be able to participate, since I suppose the feedback has to be received immediately after the giveaway ends (which would explain why it can't run for more than 3 days)? I don't think I'll be able to deliver the games sooner than 6 or 7 days.
