[Buy] Definitely. Whoever came up with this selection of games is truly a Mastermind of bundles.
[Have] I don't remember the Origins of my purchases, but I do own these games. Still, a good pack.
[Skip] I am in need of some Recreation, but these game won't help me.
[Expensive] With the recent Steam Sale, my wallet flew a bit too Close to the Sun and burned its bills.

Is Project CARS GOTY Edition not available to be selected when creating a new giveaway?

Project CARS GOTY Edition is not sold on the Steam store as a package (it's a complete-a-set bundle, and not a sub), therefore SG will not be able to index it. They could in theory manually add it, but you'll need to open a ticket for that.
