Sadly if a game gets over 80-85% off on steam, it generally gets added to the bundle list, due to Russian steam prices, which will push it above the 95% off compared to the US store price line.

I saw this cute game on a huge discount and I couldn't resist to buy multiple copies of it to make a cute dragon train.
