What if I buy Serious Sam Complete Pack when I own SS3 BFE?

Do I get an extra copy or no? I know generally this isn't the thing that happens, but I can't seem to find any information on this specific bundle of games anywhere. And it seems since SS3 BFE is the expensive part of the pack it'd be better for me to just buy them separately, or do I miss out on any games from the pack that way?

I wouldn't mind getting buying the complete pack if I get a giftable copy of course, but I just want to check if you guys have any knowledge or first hand experience on this..

Edit: For anyone joining us now. It's confirmed - You do get giftable copies of those games that you already own.

Unless it states that it does, you will not get extra copies. Typically the case is the latter.

This pack does not say you will get extra copies, but I can confirm that you will. More info here

Yeah I couldnt find anything either, found out a few min ago (downstairs) that people had been dealing with this over the winter sales. I bought the complete pack (just now) and DID receive a giftable copy of the game I owned (SS3 BFE).

If it doesn't mention an extra copy on the page, assume it doesn't. Most games won't, and the few that do tend to be good at telling you.

Thanks guys. I figured as much but I had to ask. Would you recommend just buying the games separately then? Since it does shave off a few bucks, or would I be missing some bonus added to the complete pack?

Wait for the offer times, you will get it more cheap and maybe u can got the complete pack for the price of serious sam 3 right now :D

Thanks! Will probably buy it today or tomorrow then, since the games -SS3 BFE are around $16.xx it's only $2 for a giftable copy then

Serious Sam is one of those exceptions to the rule. There is a lot of evidence that shows that people who purchased the Complete Pack received extra copies of games they already owned. For example, Steam Forum Thread
