How much?
Got Sacrifice (5€ min price) for about 1.4€ worth of gems, your arguement is invalid :)
This is not against you: if people turned off their inner sheep and would have looked not only at AAA games, there was tons of great deals. That's another thing that some people inflated said AAA games into the price range above their store price :D

I haven't prepared any money. But I've prepared 2000 cards for crafting.
In terms of sales, if I encounter any extremely appealing games at very low prices I'll pay what I have to. But most likely that won't happen. I have a huge backlog that already includes some good quality games that could keep me busy for months/years. I interpret that as 100+ since I don't have any set limit.

As with any other sales that happen on Steam, the max amount I can afford to spend is 5 EUR. My wallet currently has about €2, so that makes it about 7EUR in total for the Summer Sale :)
I'm looking forward all the great discounts, I bet there'll be some really great deals :)

Since Steam restricted the regioncross gifting options, I will probably spend nothing for Summer Sale, except of catching some pricebugs.

I probably won't buy anything... I have way too many games I still didn't have the chance to play (and i'm not talking about the whole backlog, just the few games like Pillars of Eternity or Endless Legend that i really want to play)...
But it mostly depend on prices... if I find Rome II Total War under €7,50 I might take a shot at it... I'm definitely not going to spend more than 15€ in total.

Almost 40€ in steam wallet - maybe I'll go intimate with Pillars of Eternety, or I'll buy a few smaller games ( ~5€ ea) - Cloudbuilt, Kingdoms of Amalur, and Resident Evil HD looks nice. Even though I have steam funds for PoE, it still feels like an awfully lot of money for one game, and it will get cheaper eventually..

The problem with Nuuvem and other sites than Steam itself that I have my money (from cards) in steam wallet - any other site requires me to pay from my back balance, which could go for furniture, food, bills... as long as there won't be a crazy-crazy deal on nuuvem ( dunno, like 15$) I'll rather wait to spend the best and cheapest "currency" I have :)

10-20
20-30
